HUDSON — The Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson, 80 Main St., will offer two new programs this fall, Finding the Divine in Nature and Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga.
Finding the Divine in Nature is a monthly series of guided walks with Cynthia Menard to help participants find and deepen their spiritual connection with the natural world. The group will practice mindfulness while in the natural world through a variety of practices and participate in quiet observation, group explorations, silent hikes, journaling, and group and individual meditation. Each excursion will focus on a different theme and will end with an option to gather for lunch nearby.
The walks will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Sept. 15, Oct. 13, Nov. 17, and Dec. 8 with an optional lunch afterward until 1:30 p.m. This month’s walk meets at Rattlesnake Hill, located at 195 Main St. (Route 117) in Bolton. Those who register will receive additional information about the walk. This event is for ages 16 and older.
The cost is $7 per person per walk. Locations will vary.
