Yoga is similar to the other yoga classes, except this class will include the theory of yoga, plus exercises and breathing techniques.
Previous experience is strongly suggested. Participants are asked to bring a mat.
Class is offered on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The sessions run from Oct. 24 to Dec. 12. Class will not be in session Oct. 31 and Nov. 21.
Morning Dancercize is a upbeat class to get ready for weekend fun.
Combinations of cardio-dance movements with some muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility are thrown in for good measure in the class — all performed to motivating music.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness and no previous experience required.
Class is offered on Thursdays from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. The session will run from Oct. 25 to Dec. 13. Class will not meet Nov. 1 and Nov. 22.
