Ducrocq, along with co-founders Anggia, also a chef, and nutritionist Kathy Tanujaya, collaborated on creating tasty salads using locally-sourced ingredients and homemade dressings. Salad bowls are colorful, incorporating various vegetables to ensure sufficient nutritional intake.
“The darker the greens, the more nutrients they hold,” Kathy said.
The trio drew inspiration from flavors of various cuisines, including local Indonesian, Japanese, Mexican as well as Western varieties to create signature salads.
Visitors are also able to take their approach to healthy living a step further, as right next door is Breathe Studio, a yoga and pilates center.
