Offsetting her tanned complexion in a vibrant pink sports bra and tiny white hot pants, Mel wrote: ‘Happy Monday folks. yoga time was 7.30 this morning starting my week right.
‘I had two weeks away from the gym and the mat in India just because there was so much to see and do out there and it just didn’t factor in.’
She continued: ‘But back to it now! I really got into yoga in Dec after my back injury and it’s now half my fitness and wellbeing routine.

She candidly admitted to The Mirror that, at the time, she ‘couldn’t cope’ with his diagnosis and still has ‘wobbles’ occasionally, but is adamant that she will give her son, now 13, the independence to grow.
It dawned on Melanie that in the midst of trying to help her son, affectionately known as Tino, learn to communicate, she’d forgotten to teach him practical life lessons such as crossing the road.
She said: ‘I’ve been trying to get him to talk, to communicate, and to enjoy his life and accept his autism. I have just forgotten some of the practical stuff as well.’
