1. Eat more fruits and vegetables

2. Drink plenty of water

as you can. Start your day by drinking Luke warm water in a tall glass, it helps you a lot in cutting
down your unwanted calories. If you are a lemon lover add one full lemon along with honey in that
warm water and observe the wonderful results. Drinking water in a large quantity makes your
kidneys and liver to function perfectly and helps to excrete your waste products from your body.
